RETIRED BRANDS
AIDSmeds
AIDSmeds.com was dedicated to providing people living with HIV the necessary information they need to make empowered treatment decisions. The founder and some of the writers of the web site are living with HIV, and know first hand the challenges of learning how to fight this virus. Launched in 1999, AIDSmeds.com offered complete, but not complicated, up-to-date info for people who are both new and old to this challenge. In 2016, all of the content from AIDSmeds.com was moved onto POZ.com.
HIVandHepatitis.com logo
HIVandHepatitis.com produced timely online information about treatment, management, and prevention of HIV, hepatitis B and C, HIV/HBV and HIV/HCV coinfection, and related conditions. Since the website’s founding in 1999, the editors and contributors have sought to offer cutting-edge information in a format useful to both clinicians and people living with HIV and viral hepatitis. In 2017, it became part of the Smart + Strong family.
ComboCards are a great resource to visually compare treatment options with HIV patients. They help understand treatment and improve adherence. ComboCards bridge the gap between single HIV product info and charts of every possible HIV treatment. The front of each ComboCard depicts one day’s HIV combination therapy with full-size pill pictures, drug names and common doses. On the back, they offer a sample schedule, adherence tips and a list of the most common side effects and interactions.
